Support research on the fate and impacts of radiation in the ocean

The Center for Marine and Environmental Radioactivity (CMER) is dedicated to increasing scientific and public understanding of the sources, fate, and consequences of natural and human-made radioactive substances in the environment. Your support helps us expand the citizen science network of Our Radioactive Ocean to track the spread of radiation from Fukushima, develop new tools like the RadBand to improve monitoring efforts along the coast, and communicate scientifically accurate information about the risks and impacts of radiation in the ocean.
